There is a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests per tour.
Your tour will go on, rain or shine. What better way to spend a rainy day than to sip and savour wine.
We will provide round trip transportation from your hotel, or B & B or a designated pick up location if you are not staying at a hotel or B & B, in Niagara Falls, Grimsby, NOTL, St. Catharines, or 20 Valley.
Your credit card will be fully refunded if your tour booking is cancelled up to 4 days before your scheduled tour. If your tour is cancelled less than 4 days prior to scheduled tour, a cancellation fee of $20 per guest will be applied to your credit card.

Sharon spent her childhood and teen years in the heart of Niagara when the Ontario wine industry was just evolving with the likes of Brights Wines’ Baby Duck to the early viniferas from Chateau des Charmes. Growing up as a first generation Canadian with European parents, Sharon learned to appreciate fine wine before Ontario wines were considered “fine”.
Sharon’s love of knowledge and science drew her into a career in medicine where she worked as an ICU nurse for nearly 10 years. In the late 1990’s, Sharon took the opportunity to live in California close to Napa and Sonoma. It was there in California that her love of fine wine, and her thirst for knowledge about wine increased.
Upon moving back to the Niagara region after 5 years in California, Sharon “retired” from her career as a Registered Nurse and started with the position in retail in a small Niagara winery. Over the next 15 years, Sharon studied Wine Sales and Marketing courses at both CCOVI (Brock University) and Niagara College, and completed Sommelier courses with the International Sommelier Guild, while working for several award-winning Niagara wineries as Retail Manager, and as Marketing Director for one of Niagara’s unique Virtual wineries. Her passion for sharing her knowledge and love for Ontario’s wineries was enhanced by the opportunity of holding the position of President of Niagara chapter of Ontario Wine Society for several years.
Sharon started up a wine and food consulting business 5 years ago to assist newer, smaller Niagara wineries grow in their sales and marketing. As a natural progression to her consulting business, Sharon decided to expand into starting Sip and Savour Wine Tours.
